Celebrate the richness and diversity of Manitoba publishing!

The Association of Manitoba Book Publishers represents a diverse group of Manitoba publishing houses. The AMBP strives to raise the profile of and highlight books produced by Manitoba publishers. In doing so, the AMBP works with people central to the business of publishing: publishers, writers, editors, designers, booksellers, distributors, librarians, sales personnel and many others.

Our 13 member publishers specialize in particular genres, together offering the fullest possible selection of books by Canadian writers including: children’s books, literary titles, educational and scholarly works, and a wide range of general trade publishing. Works are published in English, French and several Aboriginal languages. Many books are by Manitoba writers or tell Manitoba stories.
